Coffee Mornings

An opportunity to meet up with other parents who have a child with autism. Your family outreach worker will be present to offer advice and guidance.

When?  Coffee mornings run on various dates in April, May and June. 

Where? Coffee mornings are run in Edgbaston, Acocks Green and Hollywood. Please click here for more details.

Advice Sessions

One to one advice and guidance for parents and carers of individuals on the autism spectrum.
 
When?  Various dates in April, May and June.

Move Forward Youth Club

Join our free youth club for young people aged 13 - 18 with autism. Get together to socialise, relax with games and hobbies, pool, Xbox and music in a friendly and relaxed environment.
 
When?  Every last Thursday of the month from 7.30pm to 9pm.

Where? Autism West Midlands, Regent Court, George Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1NU.

Dads Group

Learn more about autism & meet other dads who have children with autism. Discuss ideas and strategies to help manage behaviour. 

When? Every last Thursday of the month from 7pm to 9pm.

Understanding Autism

A session for parents & carers to learn more about autism. Get strategies which may help you to manage challenging behaviour. 

When? Wednesday 20th April, Thursday 19th May and Wednesday 22nd June from 10am - 1pm.

Support Group

An opportunity for parents & carers of a child with autism to meet up, have a chat and share information. A Family Outreach worker will be present to offer advice and guidance.

Siblings Group 

Our Saturday sibling groups are for children aged 7-12 yrs and offers a chance to meet other children who understand what it is like to have a brother/ sister with autism.

When? 16th April, 14th May and 11th June from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
