Inspiration for
Hope Lights
Neighborhood

Hope Meadows
Rantoul, Illinois
Our own Hope Lights neighborhood is a "Generations of Hope Inspired Community". With a 20-year history, Hope Meadows is proof that a multigenerational neighborhood DOES improve the lives of kids in foster and kinship care. Among other notable success stories, their kids have a 100% high-school graduation rate. This is in great contrast to one study in which only 31% of former foster youth reported receiving a high-school diploma.

The seniors at Hope Meadows thrive too, living intentionally in a community with such purpose and filled with love. Clarissa Moramarco is a senior resident at Hope Meadows. This fall, at our Annual Benefit, she will tell us about the impact the seniors make in the kids' lives — and how the young people improve the seniors' lives. She will also answer your questions in a post-presentation Q&A on Sunday, September 20th.
