July 15 is the deadline for session proposals for the Forum’s first European Conference to be held at University College Dublin, December 5-7, 2012. The theme of the conference is Reinventing the European Experience: Culture, Politics and Diversity in U.S. Education Abroad

Forum Workshop in Chicago: August 22
The Forum will offer the first in a series of workshops at the University of Illinois, Chicago on August 22. This will be a full-day workshop on the Standards of Good Practice for Short-Term Education Abroad Programs
with a specific focus on Standard 8: Health, Safety and Security. Join facilitators Natalie Mello and Chris Deegan for an in-depth training on this particular Standard and its application to short-term programs.
