6th Annual Standards of Good Practice Institute: New Format This Year!

This year’s Institute has been restructured to address how institutions and organizations can prepare for highly challenging emergencies. The Standards of Good Practice Institute, Beyond the Basics of Health, Safety, Security and Risk Management: Understanding Stress Responses to Improve Emergency Preparedness, will be held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) on May 30, 2015. Registration for the Institute is now open.
While many organizations have emergency action plans in place, it is always a challenge to train people by reproducing the real life conditions that help to maximize the implementation of a plan. Plans may work on paper, but in real-life, pressure-filled emergency conditions, how will staff respond? The 2015 Standards of Good Practice Institute: Beyond the Basics of Health, Safety, Security and Risk Management will train attendees so that they can implement the same training at their institutions and organizations.
