New at Shri, explore the primary series with Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher Terri McCollum. Aimed at level 1 and 2 students, this instructional series will go over the primary series, break down alignment, and focus on the breath. Pre-registration is required.

Therapeutic/Gentle Yoga

A 4-week series for new or continuing students working with physical limitations or active injuries. The goal of this class is to support and empower students to work optimally toward healing and freedom. Therapeutic alignment will be explained for major areas of the body (back, knees, shoulders, etc.). Postures will be modified with props and variations.

Yoga for Fertility
with Barrie Risman

If you are planning to start a family or are experiencing a challenge in fertility, yoga can be a helpful tool on your journey. Over the course of this six-week session, participants will learn a gentle sequence of yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditative practices that calm the body, nourish the reproductive organs and release anxiety and stress.
