The local market statistics are updated with last month’s sold data and now available on my site.
 
6 Month Real Estate Review
Single Family Homes Sold January 1 - June 30, 2019

San Luis Obispo City
187 homes have sold in 2019 in San Luis Obispo, 24 more than in 2018. 280 homes have come on the market so far - also an increase from the 262 last year. The average days on market increased slightly from 39 in 2018 to 42 in 2019. The median home price has decreased 3.3% since this time last year to $780,000.

North County (Paso Robles, Templeton, Atascadero, Santa Margarita)
575 homes have sold in 2019 in North County, 39 fewer than in 2018. 869 homes have come on the market so far - almost exactly the same number as last year. The average days on market increased slightly from 49 in 2018 to 53 in 2019. The median home price has increased 1.9% since this time last year to $525,000.  

North Coast (Cambria, Cayucos, Los Osos, Morro Bay)
226 homes have sold in 2019 on the North Coast, 32 fewer than in 2018. 356 homes have come on the market so far - fewer than the 372 new listings last year. The average days on market increased slightly from 61 in 2018 to 65 in 2019. The median home price has increased 3.1% since this time last year to $675,000.  

South County (Arroyo Grande, Avila Beach, Grover Beach, Oceano, Pismo Beach, Nipomo)
461 homes have sold in 2019 in South County, 25 fewer than in 2018. 694 homes have come on the market so far - nearly the same as the 694 last year. The average days on market increased slightly from 56 in 2018 to 62 in 2019. The median home price has increased 4.4% since this time last year to $675,000.

Santa Maria
431 homes have sold in 2019 in Santa Maria, only 14 fewer than in 2018. 384 homes have come on the market so far - fewer than the 604 last year last year. The average days on market increased slightly from 39 in 2018 to 46 in 2019. The median home price has increased 6% since this time last year to $397,500.
