The local market statistics are updated with last month’s sold data and now available on my site.
This year started off with approximately the same number of active listings each month as in 2017, but as of June 2018 there are 75 fewer listings than this time last year. This is a 7% decline in homes available on the market and it is having a large impact on median prices and days on market. The median home price has increased 9.3% to $600,000 and the average days on market decreased from 58 to 53.
Both of the graphs below are a direct year-over-year comparison of the single family homes sold in San Luis Obispo County between January 1st – June 30th.
