Webinar Description
Timed in conjunction with Mental Health Month, AUCD hosted a Twitter chat, IDefineMyWellness, to solicit input from people with disabilities on what wellness and mental health means to them. Lessons learned and experiences from facilitating this learning group, as well as the resource developed will be showcased. Attendees will also learn behind the scenes tips for hosting a successful Twitter chat and developing meaningful resources from participants. Register now to join this meaningful exchange as we wrap up October, Disability Awareness and Appreciation Month!
