National Leaders in the Mental Health Aspects
of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Call for Participation
The University of New Hampshire Institute on Disability/UCED Center for START Services has been awarded a grant to work in collaboration with prescribers, family members and individuals with lived experiences to develop Holistic Best Practice Prescribing Guidelines in MH/IDD for Healthcare Providers. Once completed, these guidelines will be made widely available. The Holistic Best Practice Prescribing Guidelines in MH/IDD for Healthcare Providers will include a comprehensive reference list of resources for best practices, and key information aimed toward effective, inter-disciplinary, integrated mental healthcare for people with IDD.

The purpose of this project is to develop and test the guidelines with prescribers across the country. We are seeking at least 100 physician participants.


If you are a physician and are interested in participating, you can sign up using the link below. If you are a provider, please distribute this material to physicians in your network that may be interested.
