As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to disrupt life as we know it, please be assured, FineMark is open and ready to assist you. Our focus is, and will continue to be, to provide exceptional service. However, out of concern for the health and safety of our associates and clients, we have made some operational adjustments.

Following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we are practicing social distancing with many of our FineMark associates now working remotely. While this new way of doing business is going well, we have learned we cannot always get things done as quickly as we’d like. Also, with fewer people in our offices, we have fewer people to answer your calls. We take pride knowing a real person will always answer the phone at FineMark; however, we ask for your patience if you are on hold a little longer than usual, or we don’t connect you as quickly as you’ve come to expect.

As an additional precaution, lobby access is limited to appointment only and our temporary hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm. Drive-through service at our Fort Myers and Estero locations remain open. We also have night depository boxes in a number of offices (Bonita Springs, Charleston, Estero, Fort Myers, Naples and Scottsdale). If you let us know you are dropping off a deposit, we will handle it immediately.

We continue to implement strategies to make these temporary adjustments safer and more efficient. We thank you for your understanding during these challenging times. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us.
