As we continue to monitor guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you, we remain available to meet and assist you, with whatever you may need. This is an evolving situation and we realize there is much uncertainty.

In each of our offices, we are taking precautionary measures to help ensure the health and well-being of our clients and our associates. FineMark also offers the resources and technology, to allow you to conduct your financial affairs without coming into the bank.
 

Surcharge ATMs

As a matter of convenience, FineMark has temporarily waived all ATM fees, charged when using a non-network ATM. If you use your debit card at a location that normally charges a fee, continue with the transaction and the fee will be credited to your account.
 

Online Access

If you have not already done so, we encourage you to enroll in online banking (click here to sign up) and download FineMark’s Apple or Android mobile banking app. FineMark’s secure online services offer unlimited access to manage your banking accounts and view your trust and investment accounts. FineMark’s Mobile Banking also offers a convenient way to access both your personal and business accounts. In addition, the Mobile Check Deposit feature within the mobile app, allows you to deposit checks directly into your account using the camera on your mobile device. Zelle® is another option available to FineMark clients through the Personal Mobile Banking App. With an email address or U.S. mobile phone, you can send, request and receive money directly between almost any bank account in the U.S. within minutes*.
