1. Hangout with Hemingway.

Throughout the month of July, ‘Upstairs at Kaibo' revives the extraordinary life of Ernest Hemingway with an upscale 6-course menu inspired by Hemingway’s stories.

Then on July 22nd the Rare Rum Supperclub presents ‘A Moveable Feast’ to members only, in celebration of Hemingway’s birthday with a food and rare rum tour from his travels around the globe.

Imagine you are in Hemingway's home, listening to his real life stories of adventure as you sit back, relax, and enjoy the literary inspired dishes. After dinner, select a tipple from the Rare Rum Bar, and catch the last water taxi home.

3. Ride around the island

With Kaibo and Rum Point so close to town, (seven miles away from SMB to be precise,) this is a great way to get to Cayman Kai.

4. Put some pep in your step.

If you haven't already, we encourage you to find the finest coffee on island. Once you taste coffee this divine it's hard to go back! Grab a couple of fresh croissants to nibble on your boat, and you have a breakfast set to start your day.

Kaibo Espresso is open for breakfast, with the smoothest craft roasted Colombian coffee and hot flaky croissants fresh out the oven.

5. Live it up at Luna Del Mar.

When you've outgrown full moon madness, but still long for a good celebration, we recommend this grown-up dinner under the full moon and stars.

Luna Del Mar is a chance to make memories under the stars, for an incredible 9-dish sharing feast, live music and DJ, and fire pit.

And boating by the light of the full moon? Literally.... incredible.
