Here are 5 suggestions of ways to ensure your last few days are fun and memorable. 

Before you pack away those flip-flops, the  'Saturday Sessions' is a fabulous live-music day party to cheer up your weekend,

 Upstairs at Kaibo restaurant celebrates with a 6-course dinner everyone will remember, 3 days per week, before closing for the annual leave after Saturday 27th. With gourmet coffee, a delightful ferry ride and your last mudslide in the mix, the last few days of summer are looking up.

1. Book the Last Supper

For the final dinner before the temporary closure, ‘Upstairs at Kaibo' delivers a fabulous 6-course menu on the theme of adventures rum and repast.

Imagine you are aboard a voyage of discovery as you sit back, relax, and enjoy the globally inspired dishes and paired drinks. After dinner, select a tipple from the Rare Rum Bar, and catch the last water taxi home.

2. Listen to toe tapping jazz

Soak up the last of the weekend vibes by relaxing to the upbeat sound of live musician Denys Carbo playing saxophone and spinning tracks to lunchtime diners.

3. Jump on a water taxi

Now you can ditch the car, and take to the water, with Cayman Ferries.

Kaibo is so close to town, (seven miles from Seven Mile to be precise,) the ferry is the fastest way to get to the Rum Point area.

Cayman Ferries has a new schedule from Camana Bay to Kaibo,  to make the 25 minute journey quicker and easier.

4. Insist on only great coffee

If you haven't already, we encourage you to reach for the finest coffee on island. Once you taste coffee this good, it's hard to accept less. Pair with a couple of fresh croissants, and you've put an end to boring breakfasts for good.

Kaibo Espresso is open for breakfast, with the smoothest craft roasted Colombian coffee and hot flaky croissants fresh out the oven.
