We did it!
For those who are just joining the Scraplanta Community, welcome! For those who have been along for the ride, thank you!
Last November, we announced Scraplanta's return, and we have been met with plenty of love and positivity, We thought it would be an easy journey, but there were some setbacks with our retail space and Certificate of Occupancy. In late October, we were able to open our retail sales floor, and it has been a glorious ride.
Volunteers have poured over 500 hours of sorting and processing donations to stock our shelves for our wonderful community. We have received over 14,000 pounds (yes that's 7 tons!!) of materials from 66 different postal codes, and it's only getting better from here! Read on to learn ways to help Scraplanta open our classroom and expand our education program.

Got Material Donations?
Visitors are free to donate pre-loved art and craft supplies during our normal retail hours as long as they fit one bag or box. If you have a large donation, please schedule an appointment through our website.

If you're looking for volunteer hours and the opportunity to meet more local crafters, sign up to volunteer at Scraplanta. Volunteers help with a number of activities such as processing donations, creating social media videos, and stocking our shelves. Sign up through the link below!

We set a $10,000 fundraising goal for better lighting, classroom furniture, and sound equipment for accessible hybrid classes.
