ETSOS

A very warm welcome to our final newsletter of 2015... what a year! ETSOS continues to grow rapidly and is recruiting as a result of one of the most exciting years of our development. January 2016 will bring a lot of improvements, all of them designed to SAVE YOUR CONVEYANCING TEAM TIME & MONEY:

  • We lead with our new and exclusive RiskView Residential report from Landmark - a simplified 4-in-1 due-diligence report, less for you to read, and it can save money to boot!
  • We also feature a cleverly re-designed local search that is quicker to interpret, and...
  • ...an enhanced version that contains all the information you might need, from Section 38 agreements to planning applications, saving you from contacting the local authority yourself.
  • Our updated mapping will soon include all Land Registry polygons, meaning fewer mouse clicks, and...
  • ...we're launching a new intelligently de-cluttered ordering experience that will mean faster order capture.
  • Add to this portfolio capabilities and continuing enhancements to our commercial platform and...
... it all adds up to a compelling reason to take advantage of our FREE TRIAL in 2016. Beyond January we have even more enhancements in the pipeline following our joining the dmgilp group of companies.

We also bring you news of the Land Registry's attempts to centralise Local Land Charges and the impact on conveyancers; the risks of (and solutions to) cyber crime in your law firm; and 10 New Year's resolutions for law firms looking to make savings on their overheads.

New risk report to simplify searches

The brand new all-in-one RiskView Residential is a combined environmental report designed to provide solicitors and conveyancers with more of the information they need to protect their clients and in turn their own practices. The key improvements are the guidance and remediation advice provided by leading environmental consultancy, Argyll Environmental Ltd. Contact us today to give it a go.

Enhanced regulated (personal) search report now available

We are delighted to be able to offer an updated regulated search report. The condensed report highlights the relevant information saving time reviewing search reports and an updated front page uses a traffic light system providing a risk profile of further investigations. A premium version of the report will be available in January 2016 that will include copy planning permissions, building regulations copies and Section 38 agreements making this the most comprehensive Local Authority report available.
