On April 21 in Columbus, Ohio ACEP held its Emergency Medicine Leadership Forum. More than 100 attending physicians, EM residents, and Ohio legislators gathered for this lively day of medical education, physician advocacy, leadership topics, and networking. [Read more]

Thank You for Helping Congress End the SGR
ACEP applauded Tuesday's passage of legislation in the Senate to permanently replace the flawed Medicare Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) formula with a payment system that rewards quality, efficiency and innovation (HR 2). ACEP issued a news release Wednesday regarding the legislation. Read it here.
