First Semester Finals Schedule
Dear Parents and Students in the High School,
December 14th is the end of the quarter revision wrap up date. All retakes for the 2nd quarter must be scheduled by this time. Room 203/204 will be set up for both the 13th and 14th to take re-takes.
We realize there are several races that may pull many of you away during finals week and the weeks prior. Please me sure you talk with your teacher now to discuss finals plans and schedule a time ahead of finals to complete testing. Finals will not be given after the 22nd.
Please be thoughtful if you will need to take re-takes and finals early due to competitions.
Thanks, VSSA Administration

Carpool DOs and DONTs
As the snow starts to pile up and the pickup circle becomes narrower, please be mindful of the carpool flow. Following are a few do’s and don’t to help everyone with a smoother afternoon pickup. Thank you!
DO:
- Do use both sides of the circle to pick up (note designated YELLOW pick-up areas on outer circle and far inner circle).
- Do pull all the way through to the far side of the circle to avoid backups.
- Do park in the YELLOW areas ONLY.
- Do ask your students to promptly store their gear and enter the car safely.
- Do drive through the GREEN areas to find a safe place to park.
- Do have your students stay on the sidewalk or staircase until they see their carpool ride.
DON’T:
- Don’t block the back of the SSCV box truck that is carrying students’ gear. The truck parks on the far side of the circle.
- Don’t stop in the RED areas of the pickup circle.
- Don’t park in any of the GREEN areas.
- Don’t allow students to walk down the center of the GREEN driving areas of the circle to find their carpool ride.
- Don’t allow students to walk into the grassy area past the sidewalk to find their carpool ride.

Please bring new, adult socks now until December 19th and give them to Mr. Steninger or put them in your grade's box. Winners and prizes will be announced later that week.

Where the donations go: Collected items will be donated to the Youth Closet in Edwards and Eagle High School Donation Center.
