The Salvation Army Vail is organizing their annual Red Kettle Campaign throughout the Valley. They are looking for bell ringers from the community at all three City Markets, Walmart, Safeway and Edwards Village Market from the day after Thanksgiving until Christmas Eve! They have over 900 two hour slots to fill during this short period with the hope of raising $50,000 for the on-going support of Salvation Army Vail.
This is a very rewarding exercise in giving back to our community which continues to need support for the needy in the Vail Valley. Salvation Army is one of the most respected non-profits in the area and many of our Valley’s residents look forward to the tradition of bell ringing. It is easy to sign up for two hour Bell Ringing segments on their website: www.salvationarmyvail.org. If you have any questions contact Jeanne Mosier 970-343-0103 firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you and Happy Holidays!!
Eagle County Animal Shelter is seeking donated items to help provide a comfortable and enriching environment for the animals during their stay. Winter is an especially busy time at the shelter and they need supplies. They will collect the boxes before the holiday break.
