Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drug Association ACT Inc. (ATODA) will be held at Meeting Room 6, Griffin Centre, 20 Genge St, Civic ACT on Thursday 12 June 2014 from 10.00am to 11.00am. 

Purpose of Meeting: The Special General Meeting is being convened for the purpose of considering and voting on a revised ATODA constitution.

Voting: 
Members must be full financial members in order to vote at the SGM. 

Membership:
Membership renewals, new applications and payments can be made up until 5pm Friday 30 May 2014. Click here for the membership renewal form. Click here to download a new membership application form.

Proxy:
If you are unable to attend the SGM, we encourage you to complete and return an appointment of proxy form by no later than 5pm Friday 6 June 2014.  Click here to download the proxy form.
