Annual General Meeting 2011

Notice:
Notice is hereby given that the 2011 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drug Association ACT Inc (ATODA) will be held at our offices at 350 Antill St., Watson on Tuesday 29 November 2011 at 9:30am.

Board nominations:
Board nominations must be received by ATODA from full members by 4pm Tuesday 22 November. Click here to download a nomination form.

Voting:
Members must be full financial members in order to vote and the annual general meeting.

Membership:
Membership renewals, new applications and payments can be made up until close of business Friday 18 November 2011. Click here for the membership renewal form. Click here to download a new membership application form.

Proxy:
If you are unable to attend the AGM, we encourage you to complete and return an appointment of proxy form by no later than Friday 25 November 2011. Click here to download the proxy form.
