Dear ATODA members and stakeholders,
 
As the President of ATODA, I want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with you to prevent and reduce alcohol, tobacco and other drug related harms in the Canberra community.
 
To help us improve our work with you and to better understand your needs, please take a few minutes to complete this survey. The ATODA Board and staff team appreciate your membership and engagement and want to try to improve our work with you.
 
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The results will provide us with valuable feedback related to:
• How we are progressing in terms of strategic functions and stakeholder support;
• How we are communicating with you;
• The current priorities and issues faced by service consumers / yourself / your organisation / the sector, and how ATODA can better support you regarding these.
 
Responses will remain confidential and individual responses will not be identified. 
 
The survey closes on Tuesday 15 October 2013.
 
The results of the survey will be fed back to members and other stakeholders, including through the ATODA AGM (to be held 15 November 2013). Findings will also help to inform the future policy and capacity building work of ATODA.
