Please see a correction below regarding the agenda for the Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drug Assocation ACT Inc's Third Annual General Meeting (2011- 2012) as the previous email sent contained an error.
Notice:
Notice is hereby given that the Third Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drug Association ACT Inc. (ATODA) will be in Room 9 of the Griffin Centre, at 20 Genge St. Canberra City, on Friday 30 November 2012 at 9:30am.
Board nominations:
Board nominations must be received by ATODA from full members by 10am Tuesday 15 November. Download a nomination form.
Voting:
Members must be full financial members in order to vote at the annual general meeting.
Membership:
Membership renewals, new applications and payments can be made up until close of business Friday 13 November 2011. Download the membership renewal form or a new membership application form.
Proxy:
If you are unable to attend the AGM, we encourage you to complete and return an appointment of proxy form by no later than 5pm Friday 23 November 2011. Download the proxy form.
Agenda:
The agenda is provided to members in advance in accordance with the constitution.
RSVP:
Requested by Friday 23 November 2012.
