'Epping Together Your Town: Your Say' launch Household Questionnaire
Epping Town Council has launched its Household Questionnaire for Neighbourhood Planning.

'Epping Together Your Town: Your Say' is the name the council has given to its Neighbourhood Planning process and the campaign is really gathering speed, with social events, displays and opportunities for residents to give their views on Epping.

The Household Questionnaire will be posted through doors with the town magazine 'Talk About Epping', and residents and businesses can put their completed forms in one of the collection boxes around town, which are in Tesco, M&S, the High Street Post Office and Parcel Collection Office and Epping Hall in St John’s Road.

Town Clerk Beverley Rumsey said: “Epping Town Council has a real chance to influence planning policy and help shape and protect the town for the future.

"The Neighbourhood Planning process is all about evidence gathering and we really need people to complete the questionnaires and drop them into one of the collection boxes so we can work on the Neighbourhood Plan for the town.

"If we are successful, the plan will form part of planning policy so we are effectively saying what we do and don’t want to see in Epping.”

For those who would rather fill in the survey online, you can find it at and it will run until April 1.

Look out for all the 'Epping Together Your Town: Your Say' events which will be advertised around the town.

Anyone who wishes to be part of this exciting process should contact Sue Latchford on or 01992 579444.
