School welcomes Marie Gabriel CBE
West Hatch High School today welcomed Marie Gabriel CBE to speak to students about her background and career in the NHS.
Marie spoke about her journey to become chair of the Race & Health Observatory.
She highlighted the thousands of routes available within the NHS and encouraged the students to consider this as option.
The school's careers advisor, Geoffrey Towsey, said: "The NHS is one of the largest employers in the world - it is not just nurses and doctors."
