Town council holding event to celebrate Queen's 90th birthday
Cream teas and Prosecco cocktails will be on offer when Ongar Town Council and
its Jubilee Park facilities celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday.

A special event is being held at the Love Lane venue from noon to 5pm on Saturday, June 11.

There will also be a bouncy castle, Pimm's tent, face painting, children’s activities, DJ and ice cream van.

Council chairman councillor Jim Browning said “This is a very special occasion and the council is pleased that Ongar is able to be part of the celebrations.

"This event is open to all and I’m sure everyone will find something of interest and fun to do in celebrating this occasion.

"We very much look forward to welcoming visitors to Jubilee Park.”
