Greetings

As we move ever closer to the Winter Solstice and the year's end.
We have just returned from an inspiring and stimulating Turtle & Snake retreat, and this month the Calligraphy of the Turtle shown below has been made available for us to attune to.  Zhixing's Qi Calligraphy contains a transmission, which means that tuning into it, or meditating on it will have energetic effects and results as it contains the information of the transformational process.
See below Zhixing's message concerning the Turtle Calligraphy, and his personal message to all students.

Message from Zhixing

"The Turtle is a sacred creature which has been revered in China throughout history for its assumed ability in predicting the future.  This character of the Turtle is created and written in an unusual way to imply that auspiciousness is promoted and disaster prohibited.  Good luck to everyone  for the Christmas season and the new year to come, from Zhixing and Chinese Heritage.

The Turtle is a symbol of longevity which is the prime aim of the Qigong practice.  With the winter season approaching the turtle's ability of hibernating, enduring and surviving would be handy to be obtained.  How? Do a lot of Turtle Gong or simply Hua Gong!
As many know already Qi calligraphy has extraordinary embedded power and positive information.  Tune in to the character and you should be able to feel the warmth and much more......"

Your Say....

From time to time some people wish to express how they feel or what they have experienced as a result of doing Hua Gong.  Good results are so commonplace that we oftentimes  forget to mention how our lives have been  changed rapidly and in extraordinary ways.
Below are excerpts from two student's recent experiences of a retreat.

"The Retreat was amazing! And what is truly amazing is that the effects grow each time I do the practice, like I'm sinking into a deep primordial space where my body can rest and replenish and receive very deep healing.  I find the teachings are like spiritually "coming home" ; into a place where my body mind and soul can deeply rest and always yearn for!  It is very beautiful and the beauty is that this feeling comes whenever I do the practice..."  Clare November 2011.

"The Turtle & Snake retreat was a deeply nourishing and healing experience.  It was inspirational, physically and spiritually, and I developed beyond what I previously thought I was capable of"...  Kathy November 2011
