The Year of the Red Fire Monkey

March 2016

Greetings Subscriber

Recently Zhixing described the london Weekends as "Essential Hua Gong",  that is not Fundamental and not Advanced.  There are essential aspects we must cover in order to safeguard our life.  If these aspects are not worked out we have a depleted battery so to speak, and no signal, (to attract the cosmic Qi)  or very little signal.  With "essential" aspects worked out we are constantly recharging and recollecting our life force  and indeed it is a daily maintaining issue, as every day we need to connect.
Hua Gong is only a means to help us to  learn an effective way to truly recognize how we are, and to live with the highest quality of energy and life as a true human being.

Calligraphy of the Month
The Heart is peaceful like Still Water
Below is a Qi Calligraphy from Zhixing for us to meditate on for the month of March.  Please tune in to the Calligraphy and respond in your own personal way; it contains a Qi transmission and will have an effect on our own personal energy. Please see his words of explanation below.

Xin Ru Zhi Shui
The Heart is peaceful like Still Water
This is a description of a pacified heart or inner stillness.  The still water gives it some poetic touch.  If the heart is truly settled and peaceful, many difficulties and sufferings can be overcome-pain, sadness, fear, anxiety, cold, hot, panting, hunger, torture, etc.  It is part of the Hua Gong practice, and of the practitioner of Qigong, to settle the heart and obtain inner peace.  When the mind body energy all seems to fail, the heart can still triumph.

Your Meditation, Prayers and Good Wishes welcomed for Margaret (Miller)
As many of us are now aware dear Margaret (a longstanding friend and inspiration to many of us, and a Hua Gong practitioner) has recently undergone some medical treatment and is undergoing a difficult time.  The doctors have advised that she has minimum visitors or phone calls, so that she can focus her energy on recovery.
She has not wanted to worry people, but has welcomed  that we bring her to mind during our meditations and prayers.
Our hearts go out to her,  she is so inspiring and has helped so many of us on our journey in Hua Gong.
So let us all send her a lot of love, Qi and good wishes.
Thank you

New Moon Meditation
Date: March 9th  Time: 11pm-1am

Join  Zhixing and all  Hua Gong students worldwide in a meditation   for at least 30 mnutes.
You may tune in, use the DVD (Dantian Meditation) or the You Tube clip under Daoist Internal Alchemy with Zhixing Wang.  (This is the same clip used at the Winter Solstice, and contains a very powerful transmission).
With steady activation of this Hua Gong channel it will be easier to maintain a "connected" state in any situation, and we can expect the standard of our practice to improve considerably.

Image Contemplation and Healing Retreat

Date: March 18-24
This new retreat for 2016 is almost full.  The Calligraphy's are a very important tool in the whole Hua Gong transmission and this retreat will further open up the connection.  There are still some places remaining, so do get in touch if you would like to attend.

London Weekend

Date: March 5-6
Time: 10am-6pm (Sat), (10am-5pm Sun).
Join us once again for a rejuvenating weekend of Essential Hua Gong.  We shall have meditation, Qi empowerment, teaching and talks on the philosophy of Hua Gong..which is essentially a Healing and Transformative practice.

Qi Sword Practice
Saturday March 5th
Time: 6pm
This is an opportunity to keep our Sword practice skills updated and refined.  You are welcome to join or or observe and absorb the Qi energy.

That is it for now.

Enjoy the wonderful month of March, early Spring and full of promise.
Happy practicing, to keep your signal and connection to the cosmic Qi and to maintain a rejuvenating practice.
