Year of the Water Snake

Greetings Subscriber

The last few weeks have seen us all enjoying an unaccustomed  heatwave, certainly enough to sharpen the senses for sure!
Thankfully the raindrop dew has returned  and the parched earth is once again drawing in the health giving waters of the heavens.
Zhixing often refers to the effects of Hua Gong as "watering the plant from the root" re-establishing the correct order and returning to a natural prenatal state of perfection.
Any physical and emotional trauma, the psychological tangles -all become undermined by the Qi, as it bypasses the issues, and reprogrammes us so that our very embodiment is different.
By connecting to the Life Force through the practice we too receive the nourishment of the life giving waters of the Cosmic Qi as it responds to us.

The Qi Calligraphy for the month of August is entitled "He".
A good way to tune into this energy is to imagine that the Calligraphy is looking at you.

"He:  Harmony, Peace. This was the character shown in the opening ceremony of the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.  It is essential to get into a peaceful state of mind and harmonious state of body in our Qigong practice, which often means to pacify our mind and to harmonize all parts of our body.  When we can make peace and harmony within ourselves ,we will be more able to make peace and harmony in society."

The London Weekends Updated Hua Gong
These weekends offer the most updated Hua Gong methods and is the most regular Hua Gong class available.  Over more than twenty years it has created a place to connect to and tune in to the cosmic Qi-prenatal life energy and information from which we receive life nourishment and spiritual inspiration.

Most of the discoveries through the way of Hua Gong on the human body and energy, on health and illness, on rejuvenation and longevity and on spirituality have been shared in these weekends. It provides the most detailed Hua Gong teachings on the fundamental level and represents the most updated Hua Gong transmission  in terms of the "Qi field" (overall sensation or experience of the energy effects in the group), techniques and information.

Small Group Classes at the London Weekend
From a Learning aspect these classes provide a chance to receive the results or accomplishment of the Qigong practice directly through personal empowerment-the recharge of energy and information.
From a Health point of view it is an opportunity to receive a personal Qi treatment and to stay in the Qi field for a period of time to consolidate the good effects.
The benefit of personal transmission or Qi treatment session has often been experienced as being more beneficial than months even years of Qigong practice on one's own.
