The members bring leadership and a balance of academic and industry experience that will be instrumental in developing the Epicenter community and its resources.

Design Thinking Workshop

The Epicenter recently held a design challenge at Stanford University to explore ways of helping undergraduate engineering students become more entrepreneurial.

Engineering faculty and students, along with industry and community members worked as teams to create solutions using the design thinking process.

OPEN 2012: March 22-24

The Epicenter is hosting sessions focused on engaging engineering faculty and students, examining research and assessment opportunities and learning industry needs when it comes to creating entrepreneurial engineers.

What is the Epicenter?

The Epicenter is an education, research and outreach hub for the creation and sharing of entrepreneurship and innovation resources among engineering schools in the United States. The Epicenter is funded by the National Science Foundation.
