Crane Building Renews Another Long Term Tenant
NetHealth solidified their position at the Crane Building in the Strip District with an renewal  and expansion of office space totaling 40,153 SF. The Strip District has seen an evolution in recent years with various development projects spurring interest in the area. The Crane Building remains a solid office option for tenants looking to be in the hotbed of activity. Bruce McClellan of HLWE represents the owner of the Crane Building.
Restore Hyper Wellness and Cryotherapy Signs First Deal in Pittsburgh
Restore Hyper Wellness and Cryotherapy has signed their first lease in Pittsburgh within the submarket of South Hills.  Restore is set to open its doors in May of this year within the Siena at St Clair development.  Restore will be joining the likes of Whole Foods, Comcast Xfinity, Sweat Bar, and Hello Bistro, among others.  Tommy McCafferty of Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis represented the tenant in this transaction.  Restore Hyper Wellness and Cryotherapy has 29 locations throughout the country either open or opening in the first half of 2019.  Check out their website to learn more about their offerings!
