The UI Animation Newsletter
vol 19.04 • Jan 25, 2019 • Twitter / Subscribe / Archives

This week’s issue features some animations with serious personality and a good bit of 3D (and 3D-ish) animation. There’s also a nice beginner level CSS animation tutorial if you’re just digging into the fun world of CSS animation.

I got a little mixed up on the dates for An Event Apart Seattle in the last issue. It’s really on March 4-6, not February. So close, yet so far. I’ve got the right dates listed below now though. 😀

Until next week,

- Val

There’s some smooth 3D mutli-directional scrolling on this one. The custom cursor is more subtle than most, and the ripple transition on the photos is a nice touch. For a little more on how it was made, see this Tweet.
