Welcome to the very first edition of the Jenny Brook Insider!  We sure have been missing all of you and are looking forward to keeping in touch in the coming months that lead to our Take II of the 20th Anniversary Jenny Brook Celebration.  Our plan is to reach out to you once a month sharing insider news. We’d love to have your feedback and suggestions on the survey below for what you’d like to see included in the Jenny Brook Insider.  If you need to, it’s easy to unsubscribe via the footer in this email but our hope is that you’ll enjoy us reaching out to you about the festival. 

We've been busy this summer doing things we haven't had time for in the last 20 years. When each year ends there are always wrap-up tasks to be completed while at the same time, it's important to start moving forward with the following year. This year we've had our hands full rescheduling bands etc. and processing ticket refunds/roll forwards. Since we couldn’t attend all the other great events this year we’ve been using that time wisely making improvements. Can't wait for you to all see what we've been working on!  (This Jenny Brook Insider is one of them.)  Before I forget, we also have a new line of Merchandise.  You can check it out below!
 
Follow us throughout the year as we unveil things while at the same time we’ll all see what unfolds around the world and how that affects the Jenny Brook Bluegrass Festival.
We are so THANKFUL for you this Thanksgiving season!  We are grateful to all of you who support the Jenny Brook Bluegrass Festival, our staff who go above and beyond, and the entertainers who bring a smile to all of our faces.  We are so lucky to love what we do and we couldn't do it without you.

~ TICKET SALE DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED ~

Unusual things were happening with our ticketing company that worried us so we didn’t feel confident that they would process refunds correctly.  Our Jenny Brook Fans always come first so that is why refund requests were handled differently.  Normally, credits would be issued on the card used for the purchase but instead we issued a Jenny Brook company check.   Vendini was purchased by AudienceView and then later announced the closure of Vendini as part of its strategy to focus on fewer ticketing products for a post-COVID world.  It actually looked like this was the plan even before the pandemic.

Due to the problems we encountered with their switchover, we are currently looking for a new ticketing company. Once we are settled with a new ticketing company we will re-issue tickets to those customers who requested to have them rolled forward.  Continue to look for news in upcoming Jenny Brook Insiders about when the Jenny Brook tickets will go on sale.


Unfortunately, this also means that it's impossible to hold our annual Jenny Brook Black Friday Sale.  Be on the lookout for sales throughout the year!
