Recent Activity

Visited the new Kip McGrath Centre in Bromsgrove, and learnt about some of the new facilities on offer to local children. 

Welcomed some of the hard working students from Hunters Hill Technology College, and Clent Parochial Primary School on their visits to the Houses of Parliament. Engaged in discussions about youth inclusion in politics.

Welcomed the news of Bromsgrove RFC achieving a Guiness World Record.

Met the diligent team at BBC West Midlands, and got to witness the brilliant production staff in action!

Pleased to see our local economy in Bromsgrove improving, with a drop in the unemployment rate down to a new record low of 0.9%.

Launched the National Productivity Plan in Longbridge. More productivity is a crucial to fixing the foundations of the British economy.

Addressed the British Chambers of Commerce at their summer reception. 

Spoke at the Conservative Way Forward Event about Britain's economy.

Presented the Queens Awards for Enterprise Promotion to outstanding entrepreneurs, and attended a reception with Her Majesty The Queen.

Opened the last day of the Budget debate 2015.

Spoke on The Andrew Marr Show about the Budget and UK Economy. 

Launched the Trade Union Reform Bill, which will make strike laws fair for working people.
