This month I am delighted to be holding my Jobs Fair on Friday 13th February, at The Spadesbourne Suite, Bromsgrove Council House, with more than 1,500 jobs and apprenticeships available and with over 30 local employers.

Everyone is welcome to attend. 


Recent Activity

Joined BBC Question Time as a panelist in Wrexham.

Held one of my regular Street Surgeries in Rubery, with Cllr Chris Scurrell, thank you to everyone who stopped for a chat or to raise a concern..

Visited Amphlett Hall following its recent refurbishment by Age UK, now offering excellent facilities for the over 50s.

Met with Sue Bailey and Michelle Wright of Gough Bailey Wright, successful marketing agency based here in Bromsgrove.

Attended Worcestershire County Council MPs group meeting to discuss County wide issues affecting local residents.

Visited Bromsgrove Jobs Centre Plus to discuss the falling rate of unemployment locally and what more can be done to get people into work.

Visited Clark's Motor Solutions successful, expanding small business in Aston Fields and met with owner, Sally Clark.

Met with Chief Executive of Bromsgrove District Council, Kevin Dicks, and Leader of Bromsgrove Council, Cllr Margaret Sherrey, to discuss matters of concern raised by constituents.

Met with the Headteachers of Haybridge and Hagley RC High Schools to discuss fairer funding for Worces.

Held my Supermarket Surgery in ASDA, Bromsgrove. I was delighted so many people could come along.

Opened the new Archery Centre at Wythall Park, part of Wythall Community Association and met with members of Redhill Archers.

Signed the Holocaust Book of Commitment to honouring those murdered during the Holocaust and pay tribute to those who survived.
