News
of last month's coach crash in France involving pupils and staff from Alvechurch Middle School is extremely saddening, particularly the tragic death of Mr Peter Rippington, a dedicated and very popular teacher. It is clear from the number of people who have contacted me just how much he meant to all those who knew him, and his death is a huge loss to his family, friends and everyone at Alvechurch Middle School. Many people will struggle to come to terms with this tragic event. The victims remain in our thoughts and prayers, and I will do all that I can to help.
Next
week, I am again hosting the annual Bromsgrove Schools Debating Competition. This year, the competition is taking place at Bromsgrove School and the event will begin at 6:30pm on Friday, 16th March (with the first debate starting at 7pm).
