Discussed local schools funding with headteachers from across Bromsgrove.
Met with Claire Marchant, CEO of Worcestershire County Council, to discuss local matters.
Met with, Michael Frosch, the CEO of Sunfield School, Clent.
Opened the new offices of Prestige Data Solutions, Bromsgrove.
Visited Handelsbanken's Bromsgrove offices.
Presented the 'Emma Austin-Jones Award for Illustration' at NEW College and met with Emma Austin-Jones local children’s author.
Held a regular Street Surgery, in Barnt Green.
Visited Norton Museum exhibition at Bromsgrove Library, congratulations to all on the hard work and a great display.
Visited St Kenelms Primary School, Romsley to speak with the Headteacher, staff and parents.
Visited Beacon Farm and met local farmers and NFU members to discuss agricultural issues.
Delivered my first keynote speech as Secretary of State, Culture For All, in Bristol.

A Birmingham primary school has been handed a £30,000 boost from Sport England to mark its links with Aston Villa. St Brigid’s Catholic Primary School in Northfield has received the boost from new Culture Secretary Sajid Javid.
