Visited Lickey Hills Primary School, met Headteacher and opened the school’s new outdoor adventure play area.

Visited Brookfield Nurseries in Belbroughton.

Met the Lickey End branch of Royal British Legion veterans and supporters in Westminster.

Attended meeting for businesses across Herefordshire and Worcestershire and spoke to business leaders at event organised by Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce.

Held my annual Bromsgrove Schools Debating Competition, at Bromsgrove School. Congratulations to the winning team - Greg Smith and Greg Knowles from North Bromsgrove High School.

Met students and staff from Bromsgrove Pre-Prep School in Westminster.

Attended Mind, the mental health charity, event “Listening to Experience” in Westminster, and discussed mental health issues with constituents.

Visited Bromsgrove’s new Life After Stroke Centre, the first such centre of its kind in the country.

Visited Rigby Hall School’s Open Day with Headteacher Cynthia Pitts, toured the school and met staff, pupils and parents.

Attended the Barnt Green Choral Society’s 60th Anniversary Concert at the Artrix.

Guest Speaker at Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) Budget Briefing in Westminster.

Attended speech to Parliament in Westminster Hall by HM The Queen, to mark her Jubilee.

Selected to meet and talk with HM the Queen in the Royal Gallery following her Westminster Hall Jubilee speech.

Guest on BBC Midlands “State of the Economy” Debate

Guest on BBC Midlands Sunday Politics Show.

Attended West Midlands Olympic Showcase in Westminster.

Sajid Javid, the MP for Bromsgrove, has asked Theresa May, the Home Secretary, to consider using her powers under the 2006 Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act, which allow the deprivation of a person's citizenship if it is deemed "conducive to the public good".
