Staff Pick with Geneva Mora, Human Resources: "My favorite item in the store right now is the Siete Almond Flour tortillas. They are truly delicioso. I typically make my own tortillas at home with wheat flour, but these are really amazing. They are gluten free, paleo friendly, and are made using only seven ingredients! There is even a vegan variety. More importantly they do not taste like styrofoam, which tends to be the case with gluten free tortillas. These make a mean quesadilla or taco. Que rico!"
