If you missed the webinar last week, we had a great time! Thanks so much to those who participated.
In telling my story during my webinar, I was reminded of times in my life when my health was not something I could take for granted, when it was called into question and uncertainty reigned. It made me think about the discrepancy between how much we take our health for granted and yet all the different factors that go into creating health or illness, some of which are under our control. In the article below I cover a few of those factors we might not think about as much as we could, but that can still have a major impact on whether or not we stay healthy.
I also have a few projects I'm working on that I'm very excited about...so excited that I changed my mind about offering the recording of the webinar I did last week, which I am making available, and offering The Balance Blueprint program for a no-brainer price! See right below for that announcement...and stay tuned for the release of a brand-new ebook soon!

Health: More Than What Goes In
by Julie Stiles
I’ve written a few times about expanding our sense of our overall wellness to include all areas of our life, as how we are doing in our career, spiritual life, relationships, creativity, and so on all impact our overall wellness. Even within a narrower scope of physical health we can still think in the same way; what all is our health dependent on?
We might be accustomed to thinking about health in terms of what we put in our body; the food we eat, the water we drink, even the quality of the air we breathe. Our health is affected by more than what we take in, however; I’d like to take a look at other things we do that impact our health and some concrete action steps we can take to directly support it. These include what we put on our body, what we use around our home and work, and what happens in our mind.
Our health is our most precious resource, and one we often don’t think about until it is compromised through injury or illness. Taking a few small steps to protect your health through watching not only what you put in your body, but also what you use on and around it, can have a long-term positive impact.
Read about each area on my blog:
What Are You Putting On Your Body?
What's In Your Home?
What's In Your Mind?
What small step can you take in each area this week to eliminate toxic substances and thoughts from your life?
