Despite Return To Office Delays, Downtown Seattle Condos Continue to Sell
Despite the news that Amazon will delay their return from work, pending condos in the Downtown Seattle core continue to surpass active listings . There were 17 pending closings week over week and 63 sales the last 30 days. What does this all mean? The condo recovery continues to take hold. I’m even hearing that new construction is very active again. Emerald just surpassed 50% in sales.
