November 2011 Newsletter
Since our last newsletter the Tuatara release of My Vacation was launched, featuring few new features
of note. In addition to dealing with the upgrade to iOS 5, there is now Tumblr support, an improved interface when connected via a web browser and a way to optimise image sizes on images already stored.
We also published a press release following the launch of the iPhone 4S. The new camera on the iPhone 4S, as you can see from my hometown tour of Cambridge
is a real game-changer for My Vacation. It feels like the camera is now a viable replacement for point and shoot cameras.
For some, Siri was the most innovative feature of the new iPhone and this can also help you to record your journals
in the app. I've tried this, and whilst it's not perfect it's worth a try!
Work is progressing on the next update. Soon I'll be posting on our blog
a sneak preview of some revamped in-app graphics!
