Hut Raising
We will be setting up the shul sukkah Sunday morning right after Shacharit (and taking it down Sunday October 19 at the same time).  All are encouraged to come help both days and bring allen wrenches, step ladders, and decorations.  It should take less than an hour.

Open Hut
Rabbi Helfgot and Rachel Brenner welcome the congregation to their Open Hut on Shabbat Hol Hamoed Sukkot, October 11 from 3:30pm - 5:30pm at 740 Palmer Avenue.
Simchat Torah
Simchat Torah Kiddush
We are gearing up for another great Simchat Torah kiddush. This kiddush is a gala event shared by all. Please join in sponsoring this annual event by completing our sponsorship form by Thursday, October 2.
There are four opportunities to give: Friend - $50, Donor - $100, Supporter - $150 and  Sponsor - $250.

In addition to being a wonderful event which marks the conclusion of the Yom Tov season, the kiddush is a major fundraiser for our shul.  Please note that the money raised at this fund raiser will be the only money available in our budget for kiddush through out the rest of the year on weeks that we have no sponsor. It is important to remember that a portion of the kiddush budget goes for Scotch. We strongly encourage those who partake in Scotch on a regular basis to consider the Sponsor level donation. Otherwise, we may not have sufficient funds to provide Scotch at kiddush throughout the year.
