City Hosted Oath of Office Ceremony

On January 4, 2021, the City held a virtual Oath of Office Ceremony to swear in our newly elected and re-elected Councilors. The following were sworn in:

Mayor - Larry Rich
Council Position 1, Ward 2 - Shelia Cox
Council Position 2, Ward 1 - Sheri Moothart
Council Position 2, Ward 2 - Andrea Zielinski
Council Position 2, Ward 3 - Brian Prawitz
Council Position 2, Ward 4 - Patrice Sipos

City Welcomes Two New Councilors
The City of Roseburg is delighted to welcome two new faces to the City Council. Sheri Moothart, representing Ward 1, and Patrice Sipos, representing Ward 4, have replaced outgoing Councilors Linda Fisher-Fowler and Ashley Hicks respectively. Please join us in giving them a warm welcome to the City.
