A Special Message from Police Chief Klopfenstein

As guidelines and recommendations changed, our department’s procedures also evolved. Since the summer months of 2020, when someone calls in to report a violation of the Governor’s Orders, they are routed to a patrol supervisor. The patrol supervisor provides the reporting person with the contact information for the applicable state licensure agency, and the reporting person makes the report themselves.

For business-related complaints and/or mask complaints, residents can contact OSHA at 541-440-4357. For violations that involve a business that sells alcohol or marijuana, residents can contact OLCC at 541-957-2020.
