BACK LOT DEVELOPMENT NEWS
Thank you to all who attended the congregational meeting to review the back lot history, review the elements of the Letter of Intent, and vote on whether or not to move forward with negotiations for sale of the back lot. The motion to give the church Council authority to complete the sale negotiations based on the elements of the Letter of Intent passed and we have begun moving forward with our due diligence and review work. On behalf of the Council, I would like to express our appreciation for the thoughtful questions and discussions that took place during the meeting. In the coming months and years, we will continue to walk together as we match our passions with ministry needs to ensure we are good stewards of the asset from a sale. (Marshall Pihl)
