It’s been said that if you don’t know history then you don’t know anything. There is an effort afoot in the Florida State Legislature, in the form of a bill that could have a lasting impact on the future of MDX.

Such a bold challenge to the very core of MDX begs the question, why was MDX created? What would it mean to the community if such a legislation were to proceed? Lets then travel back to the 1980s.
