Winning Edge Seminar

On March 7 we held our Bronze & Silver Mental Skills # 2 sessions. Doug Swanson led our bronze athletes through "The 5 Talents of Champions: Doing what others choose not to do." Focusing, Imagery, and Relaxation was the theme for both sessions as Keith McDonald led the silver athletes through a guided relaxation exercise. It is hard to believe we have only 3 Winning Edge Seminars left for. The next one is on March 22 with Registered Dietitian Harrison Blizzard.
See you then.
ASDC - Central was awarded a Casino Fundraiser, and is looking to parents, grandparents, and coaches of our AEP athletes to help out on April 7 & 8.
A few hours of your time helps our program in a tremendous way. This fundraiser helps to ensure we are continuing to provide high quality sport science support services to the athletes at little cost to their families. Please email us to sign up; various shifts are available.
