AEP
16-17 Season

Welcome to everyone in our Athlete Enhancement Program (AEP); our 2016-2017 season is underway. It was great to see all of our new and returning AEP athletes last week at orientation and fitness testing. There are 40+ athletes registered this fall that will be participating in Strength & Conditioning sessions and 3-Tiered Winning Edge Seminars focusing on Mental Skills, Nutrition and more. If you missed the deadline or just want more information on AEP call our office or visit our webpage. Once again, welcome to all our athletes we look forward to working with you all season long.

Impressive Performances

Tyla Lee – current ASDC athlete, and her sister Jade Lee – former ASDC athlete and current softball athlete at Iowa Western Reivers, have made it to the final cut for Team Alberta Softball for the Canada Summer Games held in Winnipeg in 2017. They're carrying 18 players until the spring, and then cutting to 15. Of particular significance, the tryouts were open to players born in 1996, and Tyla just had her 17th birthday- born in 1999. Tyla would be the youngest athlete on the Canada Games team if selected in the spring of 2017. Everyone here at ASDC - Central are very proud of these girls, and will be rooting for them all the way.
