Well here we are. A fresh start, a clean slate, a new page upon which to write a healthy, happy year for ourselves.  We have so many new, exciting changes this year and we also have a great deal for you to start the year off on the right foot.

 FIRSTLY, Tracey our naturopath and Justine our acupuncturist are available for more sessions this year. They are booking up quick so they've extended their working timetable to help as many people as they can. SECONDLY, the clinic is offering 50% off all massages for the first 2 weeks we are back. So from Monday the 6th until Saturday the 18th of January, all massages will be 50% off. (Only to be had within those dates and not to purchase and use later.) THIRDLY, we'd like to introduce Peta Merritt, a fantastic massage therapist who is joining our team this year.  She will be available Thursday afternoons from 1pm-7pm  and Saturday 8am-1pm.



Peta Merritt believes that massage and natural health goes beyond muscles, and that treating the body holistically will allow natural healing to take place. Maintaining the body in a state of good health and not merely treating it during times of stress and strain will help you cope with the demands of modern life. Over the last 9 years, she combines her knowledge as a qualified remedial massage therapist from working in other multi-modality clinics, training the next generation of massage therapists and her experience in working for some of Australia’s most luxurious spas, Peta is delighted to bring her passion and experience to Paddington Clinic.

It's DETOX MONTH at the clinic this January. This is the perfect time of year to shed extra kilos, recover from holiday overindulgence and begin 2014 feeling light, fresh, motivated and energized. We have a whole range of detoxes available ranging from 3 weeks to several months, and they are tailored to your individual needs and toxicity status which is measured by tests we perform in the clinic. We can do simple urine tests (called an Indicans test) to check out gut and bowel toxicity, and we also have available more complex blood testing to check liver health and free radical damage.

Picture two white pillowcases. Through one pillowcase you pour 6 glasses of filtered water and two cups of herbal tea.
