Our area of expertise might be Apple technology, but the reason this company exists, the reason we do what we do, the
raison d'être of all this is to help people.
In this tumultuous time, we want you to know that we are with you. For all Sentinel and Sentinel+ clients as of this date, we are offering the following additional services and benefits:

If you need assistance setting up FaceTime, Messages, Skpe, Zoom, or any other type of remote communication service, we will help you do so via a free remote support session. Call us or email us, we'll schedule a remote appointment, and we'll get you set up. We do not want you to feel socially isolated, and one of the best ways avoid that is to reach out to others.

If your email is not working or stops working for an extended period (say, a period of several hours and after you've tried rebooting the Mac), call us and we will do a free remote support session to fix the problem. For most people, email is an important way to communicate and we want you to be able to do just that.

For Sentinel/Sentinel+ clients in the Salem-Keizer area: If you feel uncomfortable leaving your home and need someone to pick up medications (including prescriptions) or to pickup groceries, call us and we will take care of this for you for free. What we'll do is gather the necessary information, pickup the prescriptions or groceries, and deliver them to your doorstep. We will be using hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes (which we carry with us) to minimize the possibility of any viral transmission. (Also, we will only offer this service as long as we are legally allowed to and remain healthy ourselves.) In terms of payment, we wlll bill your credit card for the total amount of the medications or groceries plus 3% (to cover our credit card processing cost). There are no other charges or costs. Our time and our service to you in this regard are free. Please do not use this service if you have other options readily available to you. But if you don't have other options, please DO reach out to us. You are not alone.

In an effort to reach as many people as possible, I have returned to Facebook to publish news, thoughts, and updates on COVID-19.
Warning: This is frequently unhappy news and also ranges into the realm of politics. This may not be your cup of tea. This is simply my best effort to keep as many people as possible informed on an important topic that I've come to know a lot about.
All of my Facebook posts regarding COVID-19 are Public. You do not need to "friend" me in order to see them, and I will not be accepting friend requests. I plan to leave Facebook again once the crisis is over.
